NIFTY TRADING LEVELS FOR 18^th September

The Nifty opened itself with a good note but failed to go beyond 5652 it had closed at 5610, which indicates it cannot sustain higher levels. From this point onwards the RBI action will decide the course of nifty. It still can touch levels of 5667 and 5679.

If no support comes for Nifty it can go down to touch levels of 5591 and 5567. So traders should look for RBI action and other external market condition such as political events likely to take place.

As I write this post the DOW was 13,562.16  down 31.21(0.23%) (this is for additional info)

The Nifty outlook on 17^th September

The Nifty levels as I wrote in my earlier post have become very difficult to predict. It has made a high of 5586 from the lows of 5527If the Nifty holds on to these levels we can see levels of 5624 and 5640. The 5624 mark is a very important level to cross. The world indices played a pivotal role in the last trading sessions. We have to wait and see how the Asia Pacific opens on Monday. The Dow has gained some points on Friday. Therefore we can expect a good opening provided the Asia pacific regions shows up green. Some of the nifty stocks too show some strength which will be helpful to the Nifty.

On the lower side the Nifty can lose much of its gain to touch 5552 and 5541. These levels form a good support.

Zincmini and Leadmini have reached a zone where resistance is strong. Gold is showing some sideways movement. It could lose some value at this point. So does the silver. However it must be noted the uptrend is not over yet for gold and silver. Any dip in price would trigger another wave of upswing like we have seen in the past many trading sessions therefore shorts should be avoided..
