Moving averages are important factors in
deciding the strength of a given stock. Most of the winning trades are done
with the help of understanding the moving averages. If the closing price of a stock is above 15,
50 and 100 day moving averages, that indicates it is comfortably placed. There
are good chances that these shares will give good returns in time to come. This
type of trading involves very little risk, because the stocks are already on
the uptrend.
I have given below some nifty stocks
with their stand regarding moving averages.
I have taken the last traded price on 31st August, 2012. Please
take note of some Pharma, FMCG, and IT stocks figure in all three lists. These
stocks are safe investment. Whenever there is a dip in price one can consider
buying them and hold till a decent target is reached. Investors who have
already bought these shares can accumulate.
